§ 2092. Manual Draw Supervisor Registration.
Currentness
(a) Every manual draw supervisor must register annually with the Bureau. To apply for this registration an applicant must:
(1) Be at least 18 years of age;
(2) Be an affiliated person;
(3) Submit a completed Major League Sports Raffle Manual Draw Supervisor Annual Registration Form (BGC 202; Rev. 10/2018); and
(4) Remit the required non-refundable fee of $20.
(b) Nothing in this section precludes an eligible organization from having other eligibility requirements in place for a manual draw supervisor.

History

5. Change without regulatory effect amending subsection (a)(3) filed 1-16-2018 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2018, No. 3).
6. Amendment of subsections (a)(3)-(4) filed 12-31-2018 as an emergency; operative 12-31-2018 (Register 2019, No. 1). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 7-1-2019 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
7. Amendment of subsections (a)(3)-(4) refiled 7-1-2019 as an emergency; operative 7-2-2019 (Register 2019, No. 27). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 9-30-2019 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
8. Amendment of subsections (a)(3)-(4) refiled 9-30-2019 as an emergency; operative 10-1-2019 (Register 2019, No. 40). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 12-30-2019 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
9. Certificate of Compliance as to 9-30-2019 order transmitted to OAL 9-17-2019 and filed 10-28-2019 (Register 2019, No. 44).
