§ 599.978. Withhold Appeals Based on Psychological Screening Results.
Candidates who have obtained a positive report from an outside qualified professional, but who are withheld from certification by the Screening Program, may file a written appeal with the State Personnel Board's Appeals Division as provided in the California Code of Regulations, title 2, section 54.2.
