§ 599.973. Definition of Qualified Professional.
Currentness
A qualified professional shall meet the criteria set forth in Government Code section 1031(f) and as set forth by the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training in section 1955, title 11, of the California Code of Regulations.
