§ 2120. Enforcement and Compliance Orders.
Currentness
(a) If an operator fails to meet the requirements of this Article or the requirements of Government Code Section 51013.1, the State Fire Marshal may take enforcement action pursuant to Government Code Sections 51018.6, 51018.7, and 51018.8 or other applicable law.
