§ 55270.3. Modality.
Currentness
The educational modality for the delivery of direct assessment competency-based education programs shall consist of fully or partially online modules. All modules developed for direct assessment competency-based education programs are subject to the general requirements of this chapter as well as the specific requirements of this article.
