§ 1990.10. Reinstatement.
Reinstatement as a Registered Instructor, Lead Skills Evaluator, Skills Evaluator, Accredited Facility, and/or Host Faciality shall be achieved by meeting all terms of disciplinary action and by reapplying and meeting the current requirements as a Registered Instructor, Lead Skills Evaluator, Skills Evaluator, Accredited Facility, and/or Host Facility.
