§ 1980.05. Enforcement of Regulations.
Currentness
The provisions of these regulations shall be enforced upon any agency of the state or any agency of any political subdivision within the state that elects to be subject to the enforcement of these standards by the State Fire Marshal, the Chief of State Fire Training, State Fire Training staff and/or representatives within the fire service community authorized by the State Fire Marshal.
