§ 599.711. Overtime Compensation During Job Actions.
With the approval of the Department, Work Week Subgroups 4A, 4B and 4C employees who are assigned to work overtime because of strike or other job action by state employees may be temporarily reassigned to Work Week Group 1 for purpose of providing overtime compensation during such job actions; and Work Week Subgroup 4D employees who are assigned to work overtime or are moved to a different assignment because of a strike or other job action by state employees may be temporarily reassigned to another work week group or subgroup when such action is needed to provide equitable overtime compensation.
Employees so reassigned shall not be subject to the maximum overtime rate prescribed for Work Week Group 4 employees.
