§ 999.178. Withdrawal from Certification or from Multi-County ERDS.
(1) An Application for Withdrawal form #ERDS 0010 (Rev. 08/2020), incorporated by reference herein, that includes the date for ceasing ERDS operation, signed and dated with a declaration under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California that all information contained therein is true and correct.
(b) In order to withdraw from a Multi-County ERDS, a Sub-County shall submit an Application for Withdrawal form #ERDS 0010 that includes the date for ceasing ERDS operation, signed and dated with a declaration under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California that all information contained therein is true and correct to the Lead County. The Lead County shall submit the Sub-County Application for Withdrawal form #ERDS 0010 to the ERDS Program.
