§ 3940. Director's Decision.
Within 30 days of the applicant's submission of his or her request for review under section 3920, the director shall complete the review and determination process prescribed by section 3930 and shall send to the applicant and the county clerk a written decision listing the reasons that registration shall be granted or denied. The director shall order the applicant's certificate of registration to be granted if the director determines that issuance of the certificate is not likely to expose consumers to a significant risk of harm.
