§ 100010. Scope of Chapter 2 -- Stem Cell Research.
The standards set forth in this chapter apply to Awardees, as defined in Title 17, California Code of Regulations, section 100020, performing research, as defined in Title 17, California Code of Regulations, section 100020, funded by the California Institute for Regenerative Medicine (CIRM) as authorized by Article XXXV of the California Constitution.
