§ 946.1. Continuing Education Unit (CEU) Course Providers.
Currentness
(a) All CEU training courses shall be registered and listed with the OSFM and shall be posted on the OSFM website.
(b) The process by which a provider registers and lists a course shall include all the following:
(1) A completed Sprinkler Fitter Commercial and Multi-Family Residential CEU Course Registration Application (AES 1007) from the provider for CEU training course registration and listing shall be accompanied by the applicable fee as prescribed in Section 925.1.
(2) The application to place a CEU training course on the OSFM approved training list shall be submitted a minimum of 45 days prior to the training.
(3) The registered training shall remain on the OSFM approved training list for three (3) years.
(c) All CEU's shall be in accordance with an accredited institution. An accredited institution is a community college, junior college, university, technical or vocational school, or any private educational agency accredited by the American National Standards Institute /International Association of Continuing Education and Training (ANSI/IACET).
