(a) Certified Fire Sprinkler Fitter.
(1) A journeyman or individual who has completed a California State or federal Apprenticeship Program, or who possesses an active State of California Contractor State License Board Fire Protection Contractor (C-16) License or
(2) Possesses a sprinkler fitter certification card issued by the Office of the State Fire Marshal (OSFM).
(b) Certified Fire Sprinkler Fitter Card. A card issued by the Office of the State Fire Marshal to a Certified Sprinkler Fitter upon approval of meeting the requirements in Section 939.
(c) Commercial Certification. A certification allowing individuals to perform the installation of water-based fire protection systems in any occupancy.
(d) Correction Order. Identifying what is wrong in a written direction or command delivered by an AHJ.
