§ 905.1. Renewal of a License or Certificate.
Currentness
(a) Application for license renewal shall be made on or before November 1st of the year in which the current license expires. Application for renewal shall be made in writing on forms provided by the Office of the State Fire Marshal and shall be accompanied by the fees prescribed in Section 905.3.
(b) Application for renewal of weekly fire pump test certificate shall be made on or before November 1st of the year in which the current certification expires. Application for renewal shall be made in writing on forms provided by the Office of the State Fire Marshal identified in Section 906.4(c) and shall be accompanied by the fees prescribed in Section 905.3.
