1. Change without regulatory effect adding new article 2 (sections 11153-11158), subarticle 1 (sections 11153-11155) and renumbering former title 22, section 98100 to title 2, section 11153 (including amendment of Note), pursuant to Government Code section 11135, subdivision (a), as amended by Statutes 2016, chapter 870 (SB 1442) filed 1-11-2017 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2017, No. 2).
2. Repealer of article 2 and subarticle 1 headings and renumbering of section 11153 to new section 14025 filed 3-19-2024; operative 7-1-2024 (Register 2024, No. 12).
