§ 5505. Title and Scope.
This chapter shall be known as the “Department of Justice Regulations for Unique Serial Number Applications,” may be cited as such and is referred to herein as “these regulations.” These regulations apply to unserialized firearms or firearm precursor parts made from any material, including wood, metal, resin, or plastic, and made through any process, including those produced by 3D printers.
