§ 2050. Adoption of Federal Regulations.
The State Fire Marshal adopts by reference Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 40, with appendices, relating to procedures for workplace drug testing programs, and Part 199, relating to drug and alcohol testing methods and procedures for pipeline operators.
