§ 3641. Issuance of License.
Applicants requesting the issuance of a license shall submit an Application for Issuance of License, Form REA 3008 (Rev. 04/01/2020), which is herein incorporated by reference, examination results and all applicable fees within one year of successful completion of the examination.
