Article 5. Conduct of Business and Prohibited Acts

• § 2770. Notice of Change of Address.
• § 2770.5. Name and License Number on Tank Test Reports.
• § 2771. Liability of Licensee; Employee Records; Completion of Training for Testing Method Used.
• § 2772. Record Retention Period. Records, Including those Described in Section 2771, Shall be Retained for a Period of at Least Three Years. These Records Shall be Available for Inspection by the Division and Its Agents upon Demand, and Copies Thereof, and Information Pertaining Thereto or Therein, Shall be Submitted to the Division upon Demand.
