Rule 4.6. Revocation of Probation; Petition and Violation Report
A copy of a petition to revoke probation shall be attached to the warrant or summons served upon the defendant. A copy of the violation of probation report filed by the supervising adult probation officer shall be made available for inspection by the defendant and the defendant's counsel not less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the disposition hearing.
