Rule 2.17. Proposed Orders
Proposed orders prepared for the signature of a superior court judge or commissioner will be prepared on a separate document containing the heading data required by Rule 2.15, Local Rules of Practice, and shall not be included as an integral part of stipulations, motions, or other documents.
