Rule 30. Trial De Novo and Duty of Trial Court to Transfer Funds
After a trial de novo, the superior court may:
(a) Adjudge the defendant responsible and impose a civil sanction or penalty as it deems proper; or
(b) Adjudge the defendant not responsible and order the trial court to return any sanction, penalty, deposit, or bond previously tendered by appellant.
(c) If, after a trial de novo, the superior court adjudges the defendant responsible and imposes a civil sanction or penalty, it must notify the trial court. The trial court must, within 30 calendar days, transmit to the superior court any sanction, penalty, deposit, or bond in the case.
