Rule 5. Findings and Conclusions
In all actions in which findings are requested and required, the prevailing party shall prepare proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law within ten days after the Court has announced its decision. The proposed findings and conclusions shall be filed with the Clerk of the Court and a copy served upon the adverse party who shall have ten days thereafter to file and serve written objections to the proposed findings and conclusions.
