Rule 2. Motions and Special Matters
(b) All motions shall be deemed submitted upon memoranda unless the motion or response contains in the caption the words “oral argument requested” or unless otherwise ordered by the court. The Court will schedule and give notice of oral argument and hearings on motions. Oral argument on all motions shall be limited to ten minutes for each side. Motions in which oral argument has not been requested will be considered for decision upon expiration of the time prescribed for filing of a reply.
