Rule 121. Designation of Judges to Hear Groundwater Appeals
Currentness
Pursuant to A.R.S. ยงยง 45-405 and 45-406, the designation of judges to hear groundwater appeals shall be as set forth in this rule.
(a) From time to time, as circumstances require, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court shall by order designate one or more judges to hear appeals under the foregoing statute.
(b) The Clerk of the Supreme Court is directed to keep a list of current designations, and such list is hereby specifically incorporated into this rule.
