Rule 3. Ex Parte Matters and Default Cases
Ex parte matters and default cases may be heard or tried on all judicial days by leave of the Court first having been obtained; otherwise, such matters shall be regularly set either upon Law and Motion Day or upon written motion thereafter directed to the Court.
