Rule 5. Bankruptcy
When a bankruptcy case is filed in a civil matter a case should be placed on active calendar for a duration of no longer than two years. If nothing has been filed after two years, then the case is placed on inactive status and dismissed 60 days thereafter. If during the two years a notice of discharge is filed and a judgment entered, then the case is closed.
