Rule 93. Court Administrator
(b) Duties With Respect to Motions. In each county in which a court administrator is duly appointed, the clerk of court shall transmit each motion, response and reply thereto and file of the applicable proceedings to the Court Administrator who shall maintain a record thereof, and shall review and determine the timeliness and propriety of service. Upon expiration of the time prescribed for filing the reply, the administrator shall assign the motion for oral argument or decision, in accordance with local rules.
