Rule 28. Release Conditions
If a defendant is released pursuant to court order prior to the issuance of a grand jury indictment based on the same conduct, the same release conditions shall continue after the grand jury indictment, unless otherwise ordered by the assigned judge after a duly noticed and contested hearing.
