Rule 20. Priority Cases
All cases entitled to preference for trial by reason of statute, rule, or court order shall be set for trial at the earliest practicable date. All cases entitled to preference for trial by reason of statute, rule, or court order shall carry in the caption the following, or similar, notation: “Priority Case” (citing the rule number, order, or statute).
