Rule 5. Temporary Sessions Outside the County Seat
Pursuant to A.R.S. ยง 12-130(C), sessions of the court may be held in places other than the county seat when in the opinion of the presiding judge the public interest requires it, provided there are suitable facilities and staff available for that purpose. Temporary sessions shall involve only short causes, hearings, and non-jury trials of one day duration or less unless specifically authorized by the judge assigned to hear the matter. Objections to such hearings shall be heard by the judge assigned to conduct the hearing.
