Rule 1. Hours of Court
Currentness
A. The office of the Clerk shall be open for business from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The Clerk shall prescribe the method by which a party wishing to proceed pursuant to Rules 91(a) and 94(b), Rules of The Supreme Court, shall proceed.
B. Unless otherwise ordered, trials shall be conducted between 9:30 a.m. and noon and 1:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., Tuesday through Friday.
