Rule 2.23. Certification of Electronically Transmitted Court Records
When a statute or rule requires the superior court to provide certified court records to a government agency, the superior court may satisfy the requirement by electronically transmitting true and correct copies directly to the government agency through a secure means. The documents received electronically from the superior court will be deemed certified by the superior court.
