Rule 12. Conciliation Court
Currentness
(A) Conciliation Court shall be established in accordance with A.R.S. ยง 25-381.23 and the Arizona Rules of Family Law Procedure.
(B) Only a written petition for conciliation court invokes the stay in A.R.S. Title 25, Article 7.
