Rule 28. Time for Filing; Payment of Record or Transcript Fee to Trial Court
(a) The notice of appeal must be filed within 14 calendar days after the entry of the final order or final judgment appealed from.
(b) Within the 14 calendar day deadline to file the notice of appeal, the appellant must also pay the applicable record fee to the trial court in cash or other manner allowed by the trial court. The trial court may also assess a separate fee to prepare additional requested copies of recorded proceedings.
