Rule 29. Proposed Orders
Any party filing a motion or request for court action shall, contemporaneously with such filing, submit a proposed form of order. The proposed order shall be a separate document and not an integral part of the motion or request. The Clerk of Superior Court shall not file or docket a proposed order unless and until the court signs it. The proposed order shall contain the number and caption of the case, a clear and concise statement of the action mandated or prohibited, and a signature line for the court.
