Rule 22. Instructions and Interrogatories to Jury
Proposed jury instructions and interrogatories shall be presented to the court not later than the morning of the first day of trial unless sooner requested or later permitted by the court, and shall be numbered and cite the authorities, if any, relied on in support thereof. An extra copy of the text only of each requested instruction or interrogatory, unnumbered and without indication of the party or attorney submitting the instruction, shall be provided to the court in a digital form.
