Rule 2. Definitions
(a) Decision. “Decision,” as used in these rules, refers to a decision or order, or any part thereof, relating to rate making or rate design, made by the Governing Body under A.R.S. § 30-802(C) that is appealable directly to the Court of Appeals pursuant to A.R.S. § 30-812.
(b) Judgment. A Governing Body decision subject to direct appeal is not a judgment within the meaning of the Arizona Rules of Civil Appellate Procedure.
(c) Direct Appeal. “Direct appeal,” as used in these rules, shall mean an appeal of a Governing Body decision filed with the Court of Appeals pursuant to A.R.S. § 30-812.
