Rule 10. Issuance of Mandates by Court of Appeals
The provisions of Rule 24, ARCAP, apply to direct appeals of Commission decisions except that any exhibits or other objects transmitted pursuant to Rule 7(b), shall be returned with the mandate to the Commission docket control clerk.
