Rule 9. Briefs
The provisions of Rules 13 and 14, ARCAP, apply to direct appeals of Commission decisions, except that the brief of the appellant shall, in its statement of the case, and in addition to all other matters required, state the disposition of the administrative proceeding by the Commission.
