Rule 2. Definitions
Currentness
(a) Decision. “Decision,” as used in these rules, refers to a decision or an order of the Commission that is being directly appealed to the Court of Appeals pursuant to A.R.S. § 40-254.01.
(b) Judgment. A Commission decision subject to direct appeal is not a judgment within the meaning of the Arizona Rules of Civil Appellate Procedure.
(c) Direct Appeal. “Direct appeal,” as used in these rules, shall mean an appeal of a Commission decision or order filed with the Court of Appeals pursuant to A.R.S. § 40-254.01.
