Rule 24. Finding of Responsible or Not Responsible
Currentness
(a) If the defendant is found responsible, the court must enter judgment for the State and impose a civil sanction or penalty.
(b) If the defendant is found not responsible, the court must enter judgment for the defendant and return any deposit.
