Rule 25. Notice of Right to Appeal After Hearing; Waiver of Right to Appeal
(a) Immediately following judgment and imposition of a civil sanction or penalty after a hearing, the court must deliver to the defendant a written notice of right to appeal. Such notice must state that a right to appeal exists, the time limit, the manner of filing the notice of appeal, and where the defendant may find the rules governing the appeal process.
(b) A defendant who admits responsibility waives the right to appeal.
