Rule 15. Continuances
(a) The court may, upon motion of a party or witness, or on its own motion, continue the hearing for a period not exceeding 60 days, if it appears that the interests of justice so require.
(b) Absent extraordinary circumstances, no hearing can be continued by the court without notice to both parties.
(c) The court must notify the parties and witnesses in writing of the new hearing date.
