Rule 7.3. Redaction of Psychological Evaluations
Currentness
Within three business days of defense counsel's receipt of a child's psychological evaluation report in a delinquency case, defense counsel shall provide a copy of the psychological evaluation with any proposed redactions to the court. Failure to provide proposed redactions within three business days shall be deemed a waiver of the opportunity to provide proposed redactions.
