Rule 12.6. Right of Appeal
A. All appeals from an ADR arbitration decision are de novo on the law and facts.
B. If no application for attorney's fees and/or costs is timely filed as provided in Rule 12.4 of these Rules, the parties shall have twenty days from the ADR date stamp on the Notice of Mailing Decision in which to appeal an ADR Program decision.
C. If a properly filed application for fees and/or costs under Rule 12.4 of these Rules is made, the appeal of an ADR Program decision shall be filed within twenty days from the date of the referring court's order issued pursuant to Rule 12.4(C).
