Rule 13. Oral Argument by Telephone or Video Conference Call
Oral argument or the presentation of witness testimony by telephone or video conference call may be had on motion and with prior approval of the court, provided all conversations are audible and the parties are in compliance with other provisions as outlined in these Rules. The institution and cost of the video or telephone conference call shall be at the expense of the party requesting it, and at a date and time mutually agreeable to all parties and the court or as directed by the court.
