Rule 2.23. Right to Appeal
A. Any party may appeal to the Superior Court from a final order or judgment in a civil violation case as provided by law. Any appeal shall be governed by the Superior Court Rules of Appellate Procedure-Civil.
B. Immediately following judgment and imposition of civil sanction after hearing, the court shall notify the defendant in writing of the right to appeal. Such notice shall state that a right to appeal exists, the applicable time limit, the location and manner of filing the notice of appeal, and shall refer the defendant to the rules governing the appeal process.
