Rule 2.6. Amending the Citation or Complaint
A. The court may permit a citation or complaint to be amended at any time before judgment if no additional or different violation is charged and if substantial rights of the defendant are not prejudiced.
B. The citation or complaint may be amended to conform to the evidence adduced at hearing if no additional or different violation is charged and if substantial rights of the defendant are not thereby prejudiced.
C. All amendments to a citation or complaint relate back to the date of violation.
