Rule 2.5. Sufficiency of the Citation or Complaint
No citation or complaint shall be deemed insufficient for failure to contain a definite statement of the essential facts constituting the specific violation which the defendant is alleged to have committed if the citation or complaint contains either a written description of the violation or a designation of the city code section alleged to have been violated.
